Education Minister to conduct meeting with Vice-Chancellors of Central Universities tomorrow

Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be meeting virtually with the Vice-Chancellors of Central Universities across the country tomorrow, May 18.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be meeting with the Vice-Chancellors of Central Universities from across the country virtually tomorrow, May 18, to discuss the quality of education amid the current Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from discussing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on college studies across the country, the education minister will also discuss the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) in higher educational institutes. The Education Ministry had said, “The top agenda of the meeting will be Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on education, promotion of online education, implementation of the New Education policy and preparation made by states.”
