ED issues lookout notice against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in connection with money laundering case

The ED has issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) - the notice which prevents a person from leaving the country - against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in an alleged money laundering case. A Look Out Circular is a notice which prevents a person from leaving the country. The immigration officials at airports, ports and road borders are now authorised to detain Anil Deshmukh if he tries to go out of India.
