ED attaches properties, bank deposits linked to NCP leader Eknath Khadse

The Enforcement Directorate has frozen bank deposits of Rs 86 lakh and attached properties linked to Eknath Khadse, the former Maharashtra revenue minister.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached properties and a bank account of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Eknath Khadse, his wife Mandakini Khadse and son-in-law Girish Chaudhary in connection with a money laundering case registered against them. The ED move came in connection with a Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) land deal case in Pune. The ED is investigating this case for alleged money laundering.
