Assam Police has arrested two men in connection with the grenade blast that killed two in Digboi on May 14. Both suspects have active ties to the ULFA, said Special DGP GP Singh.
Assam police have apprehended two persons for their alleged involvement in the Tingrai Bazar grenade blast in Assam's Tinsukia. The motorcycle, allegedly used to carry out the crime, was also recovered. The blast was carried out at directions of Senior ULFA leaders based outside Assam. Two people were killed and two others sustained injuries in the grenade blast that took place in Tingrai Bazar area in the oil township of Digboi on May 14. The apprehended persons were identified as Hiren Gogoi alias Robin alias Monu and Ranjit Changmai.More Related News
