DU Exams 2022: Students to get additional time and more choices in offline exams

In Delhi University offline exams, students will receive an additional 30 minutes and more choice of question papers as per the official notification.
DU EXAMS 2022: DU students who will sit for exams in physical mode after a nearly two-year gap will get an additional 30 minutes and more choices in the question paper as a special one-time measure. DU held online open-book exams for students during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Recently, first-year students, third-year students, and fifth-year students took online open-book exams. In May and June, students will appear for exams in the physical mode for the second, fourth, and sixth semesters.
In an official notification issued on Friday, the university said that the duration of each exam will be extended by 30 minutes as a special one-time measure."Faculty/Department will be requested to give additional choices in the Question Paper, wherever applicable," it said.
"Those students who have filled the Examination Form and are not able to appear for it for justifiable reasons may be given another chance to appear for the same. For that purpose, Phase-II of the aforesaid examination will be conducted for the leftover (remaining) students," it added.
As part of the university's initiative, faculties, departments, and colleges will be required to provide study materials to students in need. Faculty and departmental representatives will also conduct mock tests alongside class tests.
