DRDO, IAF carry out joint flight tests of smart anti-airfield weapon

The IAF and DRDO on Wednesday carried out flight tests of an indigenously developed smart anti-airfield weapon.

The Indian Air Force (IAF) and the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) carried out flight tests of an indigenously developed smart anti-airfield weapon on November 3, the Ministry of Defence said.

The two different configurations based on satellite navigation and electro-optical sensors have been successfully tested.
