Drake paid a special tribute to Sidhu Moose Wala as he wore a T-shirt with his portrait printed on it for a concert in Canada.
Canadian rapper and singer Drake paid tribute to Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala at his concert in Canada on Thursday. Moose Wala was killed by sharpshooters in an alleged gang war in Punjab two months back on May 29.
In a special tribute, Drake wore a white T-shirt with Sidhu’s picture printed on it. His T-shirt also featured the name of the late Punjabi artist. “Sidhu Moose Wala 1993-2022,” it read.
A photo of the Grammy-winning singer dressed in the aforementioned apparel was posted on Sidhu’s official Instagram account, which his family has kept active to remain connected with his fans.
