While conducting research at three archeological sites with stone jars in India, a research team stumbled across four previously unknown areas with more of the megalithic artifacts . The stone jars measure up to nearly 10 feet tall and left researchers with more questions than answers.
The stone jars range from 1 to 3 meters (about 3.2 to 9.8 feet) tall, according to study coauthor Nicholas Skopal, doctoral candidate at Australia National University in Canberra.
