In Virginia, a dog saved a fawn from drowning in a lake. What happened next was nothing short of heartwarming.
Ralph Dorn, a resident of the US State of Virginia, was in for a shock earlier in June after he found that his pet Goldendoodle, named Harley, was missing. Harley was found soon after and the story behind it is just so sweet. In a post on Facebook, Ralph listed the series of events and social media users are absolutely delighted after reading it. For a long time, Ralph looked for Harley and finally found him about 200 feet from the shore of the lake behind his home. What was his pet dog doing there, do you ask? Well, Harley was swimming with a tiny baby deer to save the latter from drowning. There’s more to this story, so hold on. “I couldn’t find Harley this evening until I looked out on the lake. He was near the middle of the lake herding a little fawn back to the shore line. Not sure how the fawn got out there but Harley obviously didn’t ask why, he just jumped into action. Mama did come back,” Ralph said in his post.More Related News
