Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin warned about illicit cooperation between Russia, China, and North Korea at a U.N. Command meeting in Seoul, South Korea.
"We are deeply concerned that the PRC and Russia are helping the DPRK to expand its capabilities by enabling it to evade sanctions from the U.N.
