Taapsee Pannu's Dobaaraa is among the Bollywood films which were a huge flop this year. Dobaaraa has hardly minted any money ever since its release.
Taapsee Pannu received great reviews for her latest film Dobaaraa. It was loved hugely by critics and audience alike. However, the audience has rejected her film, and the theatres also remain empty in many places. Ever since its release on August 19, the film has underperformed at the box office collections as it failed to attract the audience to the theatres. In its third week in the theatres, Dobaaraa is hardly collecting any money. It has added on to the Bollywood's box office flops of the year.
The dry spell on Bollywood doesn't seem to end. After a slew of flops, Taapsee Pannu's Dobaaraa collected a mere Rs 72 lakh on Day 1. The numbers kept decreasing over the days. The film is now struggling to cross the mere Rs 6-crore mark at the box office collections. If reports are to be believed, the film will end its theatrical run with merely Rs 6 crore. The Taapsee Pannu-starrer was released in just 370 screens on August 19. Even after terrific reviews from fans and critics alike, Taapsee Pannu's latest Dobaaraa failed to leave a mark at the box office. The film has hardly been minting any money ever since its release.
