In an arms laying ceremony held at Khepre area, 95-km from Dima Hasao district headquarter Haflong, the militants led by commander-in-chief Mushrang laid down their arms in the presence of Hiren Nath, ADGP (Special Branch) of Assam police and other senior police officials and Debolal Garlosa, Chief Executive Member of North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC).
