Whether it's your wallet, your phone, or a special gift from a loved one, there's nothing worse than that moment when you realise that you have lost something really important. You check everywhere, hoping and praying that whatever is lost, will somehow magically appear, while deep down you know that it is certainly lost forever. But what if it isn't? What if it turns up days, months, or even years later in the most unexpected of circumstances? A very similar situation happened with Adam Papini, earlier this week, when diver Karl Bly discovered his lost wedding ring from a river in California. During an interview with CBS News on Monday, Papini recalled that his wedding ring slipped off from his finger while he was swimming in the river. “I immediately went to the store and got snorkel gear and I’ve been doing a search in the river bottom for the last week. For some reason, I still had faith that I would find it,” he told CBS Sacramento.
