Dhanush is disappointed but okay about Jagame Thandhiram's Netflix release

Speaking on Twitter Spaces, Dhanush said that he is disappointed that Jagame Thandhiram didn't get a theatrical release. He added that he has made peace with the film's release on Netflix.
Dhanush is upbeat about the release of his upcoming film, Jagame Thandhiram, which will release on Netflix on June 18. Speaking on Twitter Spaces, the Karnan actor said that he is disappointed that the film is skipping theatrical release. The film was slated to release in theatres in 2020. However, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic and several other factors, producer Sashikanth decided to sell the film's streaming rights to the OTT platform. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, Jagame Thandhiram is a gangster film set in Madurai and London. The audio of Jagame Thandhiram was launched today, June 7. On this special occasion, Dhanush, director Karthik Subbaraj, composer Santhosh Narayanan along with the singers and lyricists took part in a Space session on Twitter.More Related News
