DeSantis law enforcement recruitment drive draws recruits from all 50 states
Fox News
A law enforcement recruitment launched by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to attract police officers to the state has brought in people from all 50 states, his office says.
Earlier this year, his office set up billboards in Illinois to encourage law enforcement officers in the state to "make the smart move" to Florida after Illinois approved allowing noncitizens to become officers and moved to scrap cash bail.
