Die Sorge um die Gasversorgung von Privathaushalten in Deutschland wächst. Zugleich fordert die Wirtschaft von Minister Habeck (Grüne) Schonung – sonst drohe eine „Krise in unbekanntem Ausmaß“. Wie leicht könnte den Bürgern in einer Notlage das Gas abgedreht werden?
Über das Energiesicherungsgesetz könnte die Bundesregierung Verordnungen zur Energieeinsparung erlassen. Möglich wären dabei auch Vorgaben zum Absenken der Mindesttemperaturen beim Heizen. Der Handlungsbedarf steigt, da der russische Konzern Gazprom am Mittwoch angekündigt hat, den Betrieb der Gas-Pipeline Nord Stream 1 „nicht garantieren“ zu können. Damit rücken Engpässe näher.
Allerdings stellt sich die große Frage, wie man die Gaszufuhr an Privathaushalte im Notfall überhaupt regulieren könnte. Der Chef des Deutschen Vereins des Gas- und Wasserfaches stellt klar:
