Department of Meteorology warns of poor horizontal visibility

Weather inshore until 6 pm on Monday will be misty to foggy at first becomes relatively hot daytime with some clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor horizontal visibility at places at first.

Offshore will be hazy at times, the report added. Wind inshore will be northwesterly 05 to 15 knot.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 05 to 15 knot reaches to 21 knot at places at times. Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometre or less at places at first.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, while offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet rises to 6 feet at places at times.
