Delhi's air quality index was in the 'Severe' category breaching the 400 mark.

Delhi's air quality index was in the 'Severe' category breaching the 400 mark, while that of Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad was in the 'Poor' category. Faridabad's AQI, at 188, was 'Moderate'.
Visibility was poor as the AQI entered the 'Severe' category after remaining in the 'Very Poor' category for two weeks in Delhi.
Laisharam Herojit, a petty worker in the state government, in an interview to NDTV also appealed to any group that may have held his family hostage
"Who would trust them? They once promised free electricity but the power bills were back once the election was over. We have given people zero bill," Eknath Shinde said in an exclusive interview with NDTV.
