Delhi: Water supply restored after disruption due to rise in ammonia levels in Yamuna

The water supply in many areas in Delhi that were affected due by high level of ammonia in River Yamuna have been restored.
Water production at treatment plants in Delhi affected by high level of ammonia in River Yamuna was restored by Sunday evening, an official statement said.
The relentless efforts of the Arvind Kejriwal government have brought back normalcy at Bhagirathi, Sonia Vihar, Chandrawal, Okhla and Wazirabad water treatment plants, the statement by the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) said.
