The Delhi government will start spraying bio-decomposer after October 5 in order to prevent stubble burning.

In order to prevent stubble-burning, the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government will start spraying bio-decomposer after October 5.

The development comes as the national capital looks to tackle the menace of high levels of air pollution with onset of winters, the season coinciding with stubble burning in the neighbouring states.
