Delhi To Challenge Supreme Court Order To Free 3 Rape-Murder Convicts

Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena today approved the filing of a review petition by the Aam Aadmi Party's government against the acquittal of three convicts in a 2012 rape and murder case by the Supreme Court. 

The three men were accused of abducting, raping and killing the 19-year-old woman in February 2012 in the national capital. Her body was found three days later.
