Shared on Instagram by the great Indian foodie, the video shows the vendor making the bizarre ice cream rolls. According to the caption, the street vendor had made a name among customers for making dosa ice-cream rolls as well.
In the video, the man starts off by mashing some idlis along with a spoonful of sambar and coconut chutney. He then adds a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and proceeds to mix the concoction thoroughly. The dish is served in a few seconds with generous helpings of sambar and chutney on top.
According to the caption, the vendor’s shop is located at Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar in Delhi.
