Schools and government offices in Delhi will be closed for a week starting Monday owing to air pollution, CM Arvind Kejriwal told the media.
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Saturday that schools in the national capital will be closed for a week starting Monday. The decision was taken to ensure that children do not breathe polluted air, Kejriwal told reporters following an emergency meeting with top officials at the Secretariat.
