The positivity rate was recorded at 18.04 per cent on January 21.
Meanwhile, with the fresh infections and fatalities, Delhi's caseload increased to 19,70,899 and the death count to 26,336.

A total of 7,686 samples were tested in the city in the last 24 hours.
Delhi on Sunday had reported 2,423 Covid-19 cases and two deaths with a positivity rate of 14.97 per cent.
Responding to the increasing number of Covid cases in the national capital, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal urged people not to panic. CM Kejriwal was quoted by news agency ANI as saying, "Covid-19 cases are rising but there is no need to panic. Most cases are with mild symptoms. We will take any action necessary." (sic)
