Delhi Police team reaches West Bengal to probe links to Jahangirpuri violence

A team of three Delhi Police officers has reached West Bengal to investigate links to the accused in the Jahangirpuri violence case.
A team of three officers of the Delhi Police Crime Branch have reached West Bengal to probe links to the accused in the Jahangirpuri violence that occurred in Delhi on Saturday evening.
The team visited Sutahata police station in East Midnapore on Wednesday morning to collect information on accused Dilshad and visit his home.
Earlier, on Tuesday night, the team visited the home of main accused Ansar’s grandparents.
Both Dilshad and Ansar are among the five accused on whom the National Security Act (NSA) has been slapped.
