Delhi Police's Special Branch team attacked at Singhu border

After an increase in the number of protesting farmers who came from Haryana two days ago, a team of Delhi Police's Special Branch went there to do a ground analysis when they were attacked.

A Delhi Police team was allegedly attacked by the protesting farmers at the Singhu border on Thursday. The incident took place when the personnel were reportedly clicking pictures at the protest site. After an increase in the number of protesters who came from Haryana two days ago, a team of Delhi Police's Special Branch went there to do a ground analysis. They alleged that one of the female protestors instigated others to carry the attack on them when they were taking pictures. Two assistant sub-inspectors -- ASI Ramesh and Chandra Singh -- were allegedly assaulted by a group of demonstrating farmers.
