At a meeting on Sunday, the Delhi Police denied farmer leaders the permission to protest at Jantar Mantar in the national capital during the Parliament’s monsoon session.
The Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police met a delegation of farmers protesting against the Centre’s three controversial farm laws on Sunday, ahead of their scheduled demonstration outside the Parliament during the monsoon session. The nine-member coordination committee of the farmers’ umbrella body Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) informed the Delhi Police of their plans with regard to their upcoming protest at the Parliament.More Related News
