Delhi Police Commissioner felicitates Ishita Rathi for securing 8th rank in UPSC

The Delhi Police Commissioner felicitated All India Rank holder Ishita Rathi for securing the eighth position in the UPSC civil services examinations 2021 on Thursday.
Ishita Rathi, who secured 8th position at the All India Level in the Civil Services Examination-2021 organised by UPSC was felicitated by Commissioner of Delhi Police, Shri Rakesh Asthana on Thursday.
The commissioner invited her to the Police Headquarters in the national capital and congratulated her.
Lauding her success, the commissioner felicitated Ishita with a momento for bringing glory to her parents as well as to the Delhi Police, as both her parents serve in the police department.
Her mother, ASI Meenakshi Rathi, is posted in the South-East District, while her father, Head Constable Iqbal Rathi, is deployed in the Traffic Unit. The family resides in Village Chhatarpur, Delhi.
An alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College and Madras School of Economics, Ishita cleared the highly contested exam with economics as her optional subject in UPSC's mains.
