Delhi: Missing sisters reunited with their family by cops

On Wednesday, two minor sisters, 10 and 16 years old, were reunited with their family members under operation Milap. Both sisters were missing from their residence in Patiala, Punjab.

A piece of information was received at Parliament Street police station that two unknown girls are sitting in Gurdwara Bangla Sahib.
A team was constituted to ascertain the identity and whereabouts of the girls. The team worked under close supervision and took the girls to the police station.
After settling down in friendly atmosphere, one of the girls informed that they are sisters and since April 12, have forgotten their way back home.
The police officers lodged a complaint and contacted their family members.
After proper identification before Child Welfare Committee, the sisters were handed over to their parents.
