Taking to Twitter, the DMRC announced the customer satisfaction survey 2022 and wrote, "DMRC will be conducting the 8th edition of Online Customer Satisfaction Survey - 2022 from 1st August (Monday) to 28th August (Sunday) 2022. The main objective of the survey is to collect feedback from the commuters on various components of metro services and facilities." (sic)
