Delhi Police on Monday night averted a major crisis when it created green corridors to transport oxygen to Balaji Action Hospital where the oxygen demand went to a critical level with 235 Covid patients.
The Delhi Police averted a major crisis and created green corridors on Monday night to clear the way for two oxygen tankers heading to a hospital in Paschim Vihar that had almost run out of oxygen. The Balaji Action Hospital had 235 Covid-19 patients when the oxygen level touched the critical mark. Delhi Police created green corridor to transport Oxygen tankers to Balaji Action Hospital. Hospital's Liquid Gas Tank had a critical level of O2, 235 COVID patients were at risk, 2 tankers were stuck at Delhi borders amid COVID restrictions.(Video: ANI) pic.twitter.com/CXXSbEwngi The medical superintendent at Balaji Hospital in Paschim Vihar informed the police that the hospital had critical level of oxygen in their Liquid Gas Tank and the lives of over 235 Covid-19 patients were at risk. The hospital said that two tankers, carrying 14,000 litres and 5,500 litres of oxygen, were stuck at the Noida and Faridabad borders due to the night curfew in Delhi.More Related News
