Delhi govt schools to be closed for winter vacations from Jan 1 for students up to Class 5

Delhi government schools will be closed for winter vacations from January 1 for students up to Class 5.

Delhi government schools will observe winter vacations for students up to Class 5 from January 1. According to a recent order issued by the Directorate of Education, DoE, all government schools across Delhi will close for winter vacations from January 1 to January 15. No online or offline teaching-learning activities will be conducted during this period for students up to Class 5.

The notice reads, "All heads of Sarvodaya Vidyalayas are, hereby, informed that the winter break for pre-primary and primary classes shall be observed from January 1 to 15, 2022, and the online and offline teaching-learning activities through worksheets, shall not be conducted during this period."
