An executive magistrate of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), who is responsible for enforcing Covid-19 protocols, was arrested red-handed while taking bribes.
An executive magistrate, deployed by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) for enforcing Covid-19 protocol in the South East Delhi district, was arrested red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 50,000 from owners of a spa in Delhi's Lajpat Nagar. Himanshu Malik, owner of 'Sutra Spa' made a complaint to the Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) that the Enforcement In-charge of Covid-19 team of South East district, Executive Magistrate Ravinder Singh Mehra, had been threatening the Spa owners and asking them to pay a monthly bribe.More Related News
