App-based cabs from other states will not be allowed to enter Delhi under the Supreme Court order, the Arvind Kejriwal government said today. Transport Minister Gopal Rai said his department has been asked to implement the plan as outlined by the court.
The Delhi government will also present two studies before the court during the next hearing on the efficacy of the odd-even road rationing, the minister said. These include a joint study by the Harvard and Chicago Universities in the US and one by the Delhi Technical University.
