During a hearing, Raj Kundra's lawyer told the Bombay High Court that Hotshots app was accessible only to subscribers. He said that the content on app might be obscene, but the definition of obscenity differs from person to person.
The Bombay High Court has asked businessman Raj Kundra's lawyers to hand over a copy of the 4,000-page charge sheet filed against him in the porn films racket case after he sought bail in another case filed last year.
Raj Kundra is facing prosecution in two cases. One registered by the cyber cell in 2020 in which he is seeking anticipatory bail, and the other registered at Malwani and investigated by the crime branch in 2021. The crime branch had arrested Kundra in July, and he was granted bail in September.
