Defence officials from India, US meet to discuss on promoting shared interests in Indo-Pacific

Senior officials from India and the United States met in Washington to discuss on working together to promote shared interests in the Indo-Pacific region.

Senior officials from India and the United States met in Washington to discuss the defence partnership between the two countries and on working together to promote shared interests in the Indo-Pacific region, the Union Defence Ministry said on Saturday.

The meeting was co-chaired by Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar and US Under Secretary of Defence for Policy Colin Kahl on Friday.
