Deepika Padukone recalls mom noticed her cry was different, asked her to get help for depression

The actress has spoken up about battling the disease and also encouraged others suffering from mental illnesses to seek professional help. Deepika recently recalled how her mother Ujjala Padukone noticed the first signs of her depression and asked her to get medical help during Care Package Audio Festival. The event was held to talk about mental health.
