India vs England: Former India wicketkeeper-batsman Deep Dasgupta, speaking to Sports Today, downplayed concerns regarding Virat Kohli's hundred drought and said that India captain's 72nd international hundred may arrive in the next couple of games.
Former India wicketkeeper-batsman Deep Dasgupta opened about Virat Kohli's hundred drought in international cricket, saying that he won't be surprised if the Indian captain gets a century in the next couple of games. Dasgupta also pointed out that Kohli, who scored a fluent 56 in the first ODI against England, looked like getting one hundred in the last game before he perished while trying to play his favourite shot. Notably, Virat Kohli has not scored an international hundred since the day-night Test against Bangladesh in November 2019. The India captain's century drought in the ODI format stretches even more as he has not gone past the 3-figure mark since his twin hundreds against West Indies in August 2019.More Related News
