Dean Cain moved out of California because of its "large government," "incredible taxation" and "horrible regulations." Cain is starring in the new movie "Condition of Return."
"My home in Malibu was going to be my forever home," Cain recalled. "That was where I was going to die, and everything was going to be just fine. You can't beat the weather.
