DAs close in on Gov. Cuomo, launch criminal probes in Manhattan, Westchester

Prosecutors in New York City, as well as Westchester and Nassau counties, said Wednesday they have launched separate criminal investigations into sexual harassment allegations made against Gov. Andrew Cuomo based on the findings in a report released by state Attorney General Letitia James.
The probes will apparently target Cuomo’s behavior at locations including his satellite office in Manhattan, his former home in Mount Kisco, where he lived with his then-girlfriend, celebrity chef Sandra Lee, and the site of the new Belmont Park Arena on Long Island. A spokesman for outgoing Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance said, “When our office learned yesterday that the Attorney General’s investigation of the Governor’s conduct was complete, our office contacted the Attorney General’s Office to begin requesting investigative materials in their possession pertaining to incidents that occurred in Manhattan.”More Related News
