Dance Deewane 3 judge Dharmesh Yelande tests Covid positive in Goa

Dharmesh Yelande, who is one of the judges on Dance Deewane 3, has tested positive for Covid-19 in Goa. Choreographers Punit J Pathak and Shakti Mohan will be replacing him in the upcoming episode.

After 18 crew members of Dance Deewane 3 tested positive for the novel coronavirus recently, the dance reality show's judge Dharmesh Yelande has also tested positive now. He is currently under quarantine at his home in Goa. The upcoming episodes of Dance Deewane 3 will witness choreographers Punit J Pathak and Shakti Mohan in his place. They will accompany Madhuri Dixit and Tushar Kalia on the judges' panel. Dance Deewane 3 is a dance reality show which gives a platform to aspiring dancers in three categories - children, adults and seniors. Producer Arvind Rao, who is recovering from Covid-19 himself, confirmed the news to ETimes and said that Dharmesh had tested negative last week when he went to Goa to renovate his home. He was supposed to shoot for Dance Deewane 3 on April 5. However, before the start of the shoot, everyone has to undergo a Covid-19 test. Dharmesh underwent another test in Goa where he tested positive. Arvind also said, "We decided to bring in Shakti Mohan and Punit J Pathak for the upcoming episodes. They shot the show with Madhuri Dixit and Tushar Kalia."
