Dal Lake: J&K LG Manoj Sinha launches mega cleanliness, deweeding drive

As many as 1,000 boats and 2,000 individuals will take part in this mega drive to clean and de-weed Dal Lake, said J&K LG Manoj Sinha.

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha launched a mega drive to clean and de-weed Srinagar's Dal Lake on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. About a thousand boats and nearly 2,000 individuals will be employed in the massive drive.

Along with the Chief Secretary and senior officials, the LG participated in the cleanliness and deweeding drive on Saturday.
