Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh-starrer Cuttputlli is all set to entertain fans on September 2. In the film, Akshay portrays the role of a police officer on the hunt for a serial killer. The trailer of the film was released on August 20. Now a new song from the film, titled Rabba has been released and it is already a hit!

Akshay Kumar left fans asking for more as he returns as a cop with Cuttputlli. The second song from the film, titled Rabba has been released. Akshay and Rakul's sizzling chemistry and the groovy track has our attention. While the song has been choreographed by Prince, it has been sung by Dr Zeus and Sukhwinder Singh. The lyrics are penned by Omar Malik.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar was last seen as a police officer in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi. In the film, he featured alongside Katrina Kaif. Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh made special appearances in the Rohit Shetty directorial. The film released in cinemas on November 5 and it went on to become one of the highest grossing films of 2021.

Coming back to Cuttputlli, Akshay and Rakul shot for the film in Mussorie. It is produced by Pooja Entertainment. The movie is directed by Ranjit M Tewari.

Cuttputlli is the official remake of the 2018 Tamil film Ratsasan, which starred Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul in the lead. The Hindi version stars Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh.
