Customs foils attempt to smuggle in banned tobacco

The General Authority of Customs (GAC) Monday said the Hamad International Airport customs has managed to seize approximately 30 kilograms of banned tobacco hidden inside a passenger’s bag. Accordingly, a seizure report was issued and the seized substance was handed over to the concerned authorities in the country, GAC said in a tweet.
