MS Dhoni is the most successful wicketkeeper in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and also took the lead on the list of most catches during Chennai Super Kings' match against Kolkata Knight Riders in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.

Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni on Sunday set a new Indian Premier League (IPL) record of taking the most catches by a wicketkeeper during the Match 38 against Kolkata Knight Riders in Abu Dhabi.

Dhoni played his part in the dismissals of Venkatesh Iyer and Dinesh Karthik, taking two catches off the bowling of Shardul Thakur and Josh Hazlewood, respectively, to overtake Dinesh Karthik on the list of wicketkeepers with most catches in the IPL.
