As Covid-19 cases surge, private hospitals in Bengaluru are facing a shortage of Remdesivir antiviral drug which is used to treat the virus.
With Covid-19 cases on the rise, many private hospitals in Bengaluru are facing a shortage of the antiviral drug Remdesivir which is used in the treatment of the virus. According to reports, 1,223 Covid-19 patients being treated at 49 city hospitals are in need of 4,932 doses of Remdesivir for the next three days. However, as per the Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes Association, many private hospitals currently have zero doses of the drug in their stock. A few hospitals have 50-60 doses.More Related News
