Covid infection rate crosses 'safe' 5 per cent-mark in Delhi

According to WHO, a positivity rate below 5% is safe, but now Delhi’s infection rate has crossed the safe mark.
Delhi registered 3,538 fresh Covid cases on Monday while 15 more people succumbed to the disease. The total number of active cases in the city is 14,589 and the rate of infection has crossed 5 per cent. According to World Health Organization (WHO), a positivity rate below 5% is safe, but now Delhi’s infection rate has crossed the safe mark. This increment has been noted for the first time since December 1, 2020. The positivity rate was 6.85% in Delhi then.More Related News
