Traders' body CAIT has requested Delhi LG Anil Baijal and CM Arvind Kejriwal to extend the lockdown in the national capital till May 15 to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19.
Extend the lockdown in Delhi till May 15, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) urged LG Anil Baijal and CM Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday. The current lockdown in the national capital, imposed to break the chain of transmission, ends on May 3. The decision to approach the Lieutenant Governor and the Chief Minister was taken during a video conference of traders from Delhi. This meeting was convened by CAIT on Wednesday evening to take into account the current dismal situation of Covid-19 and the proportional non-availability of medical facilities in the national capital.More Related News
