Health authorities have declared a COVID-19 outbreak at the school formerly known as Ryerson Public School.
According to the Thames Valley District School Board's dashboard, the school had two active cases on Friday.
On Monday, a spokesperson for the Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) confirmed that an outbreak had been declared after it was determined that there was transmission within the school.
As a result, 14 classes at the school have potentially been exposed, the spokesperson said, adding that unvaccinated people in the affected classrooms have been told to isolate.
In an email sent to parents on Friday, obtained by CBC News, the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) said all close contacts would receive a letter from the health unit with further guidance.
Those who have not been identified as close contacts do not need to self-isolate, but have been asked to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and get tested and self-isolate if they develop symptoms.
As of Sunday, the MLHU had recorded 110 cases of COVID-19 at schools and child care centres since the start of the academic year last month.

Health Minister Adriana LaGrange is alleging the former CEO of Alberta Health Services was unwilling and unable to implement the government's plan to break up the health authority, became "infatuated" with her internal investigation into private surgical contracts and made "incendiary and inaccurate allegations about political intrigue and impropriety" before she was fired in January.
