Both LDF and UDF are keeping their fingers crossed
Both the Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI-M]-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) and the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) are keeping their fingers crossed as the countdown begins for counting of votes of the State Assembly elections on Sunday. Whatever be the outcome, it will certainly have transformative implications on leaders and the political parties they are leading. The re-election of the incumbent Left-led coalition regardless of its five-year conduct in office will strengthen the plausibility of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan becoming much more of a competent leader than V.S. Achuthanandan, who was at the helm during 2006-2011.More Related News
